SHE products are available in selected Posh Nails Branches nationwide.
3.) What courier services are used for the shipment of the products?
The products are shipped through ZOOM Courier and DPX Philippines. The rates are as follows:
Metro Manila (DPX Philippines) – ₱ 40.00 (Additional ₱ 20.00 for 20 pieces and up) Greater Manila (ZOOM Courier) – ₱ 88.00 (Additional ₱ 20.00 for 20 pieces and up) Provincial (DPX Philippines) – ₱ 150.00 (Additional ₱ 80.00 for 20 pieces and up)
4.) Do you ship in all areas of Greater Manila?
YES! SHE Cosmetics ships products nationwide, but only certain areas will be valid for the Greater Manila rates. As instructed by ZOOM Courier, here is a list of all areas being accommodated for the their Greater Manila rates:
San Jose Del Monte
Every other areas in the said provinces/state that are not indicated above will only be valid for ZOOM Courier’s Provincial rates.
4.) Do you ship internationally?
All packages are shipped through ZOOM Courier and if orders are to be shipped abroad, taxes, import duties and other charges will apply. Please check with Customer Service before placing an order that will be shipped abroad.
5.) How can I pay for my orders?
For shecosmeticsph.com, @shecosmeticsph instagram and SHE Cosmetics PH Facebook Page, you can pay with your credit card or debit card through PayPal and also pay through bank deposits. Cash on Delivery will be available through our e-commerce partners Shopee, Lazada and Beauty MNL. Our products will become available on those said e-commerce platforms on February 2019.

7.) Can I change my order?
If you already did your checkout but haven’t completed payment, you can send an email to Customer Service to edit your order/s.
How to order
Step 1. Shop
Go to the SHOP page and click on the product you want to purchase.
On the product page, increase/decrease the quantity of the product and click ADD TO CART to add your purchase to the cart.
Step 2. Cart
To access the cart page and review/check your purchases, hover over the cart icon on the upper right corner of the site (beside the logo) and click SHOPPING CART link or simply click on the cart icon. If you are satisfied with your purchases without reviewing the items in your cart, you can click the CHECKOUT button to proceed to the checkout page.
In the case you want to update the quantity of the item/s you purchased you can do so by increasing/decreasing the QUANTITY and click on UPDATE CART button to update your purchases. You can also delete any item you want to remove by clicking on the REMOVE below each item name.
If there are available and valid promotional codes set by SHE Cosmetics, you can apply the code by clicking on the ENTER YOUR PROMOTION CODE link.
Step 3. Checkout
Fill-out the necessary details in the checkout page. As part of our policy, we do not require you to create an account with us though we highly recommend it. If you have an existing account with us, click on the CLICK HERE TO LOGIN link. If you are new and want to create an account, click on the LOGIN / REGISTER and you will be redirected to register your email, username, and password.
If you are shipping your order to a different address, please check on the ‘Ship to a different address?’ and you will be given details to provide
Set your shipping options to any of the available couriers used by SHE Cosmetics.
You can set your payment options to any of the available payment channels provided by SHE Cosmetics. Choose PayPal for online/credit card payments or direct bank transfer.
Click on PLACE ORDER (when you chose Direct Bank Transfer as payment) or CONTINUE TO PAYMENT (when you chose PayPal)
As dictated by PayPal’s policy, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your order.
Direct bank transfer is manual process done by the customer. SHE Cosmetics will provide account details of the banks where the customer can make the payment of their orders and the customers will provide proof of payment as per instructed by SHE Cosmetics in order for their orders to be processed and shipped.
Step 4. Confirmation
You will be redirected to a Thank You page with summary of your orders. An email will also be sent to the email you provided containing summary of your orders along with your order ID.
SHE Cosmetics Philippines accepts returns only when the product has a factory defect, and must be reported to the company within three (3) days upon purchase or receipt of said product. Moreover, said products must be returned to us together within seven (7) days upon reporting to us of its defect. Products must be at the same state it had upon its receipt or purchase. She Cosmetics reserves the right to fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will replace the item. No refund, only replacement.
